Video Polaroid Project - Thomas Hoefnagels - Dennison Bertram Video Clips. Duration : 1.03 Mins.
A video polaroid project by Dennison Bertram dennisonbertram.com "The idea behind the project was to create a new dimension to the idea of the 'polaroid'. Of course, many of the agencies don't actually use polaroids anymore and somehow the digital 'snaps' don't really quite capture the personality of the models in the same way. The models are filmed just being natural, how they are. There is minimal styling, normally just a body suit, leggings or whatever the model is wearing if they have something cool. There is almost never any makeup or other styling, so it's all really true to the model themselves -- their personality. It's not a regular 'model video' where the girls walk around, say their name, talk about their agency. It's really like a short film just about them. The Mijonju Show - Its getting hot, how do I cool my PX film down? Video Clips. Duration : 4.57 Mins.
Support The Impossible Project now! www.the-impossible-project.com Warning Please do not put the film vertically in your fridge like I did. Put them flat so that the Chemicals will be evenly distrubuted after a long time of storage. -Tip from Mr Bryan.M Thanks Bryan :) I am sorry to have made this video so late, but my the temperature in Japan is finally getting warmer. I know its a silly way to cool it, eventually you'll get tired, but that is the most impromptu way I could ever think about, you are are prepared you can always get tight sealed Tupperware kinda holder and have some cool water inside to cool the film down, since the film is water proof. (dont be silly the ink won't fade of.) Here is my way, making a spinning thing from a piece of paper seems to do the Job for me here at around 27 degrees Celsius. Why dont you try it too? tell me if it works for you. non stop spinning for about 2 mins. What the Polaroid films are back?! where? Buy them here now at the Impossible shop. Adam_Staffa_Life_In_A_Day.mov Video Clips. Duration : 0.67 Mins.
With the use of a polaroid camera and a canon 20D and a remote intervelometer, i created 5 animations that summarized my day. At certain points of my day, I would take a polaroid picture and place it on the surface nearest to me in order to capture the development of the polaroid by taking a still photograph every second as the polaroid develops. Then placing those stills into final cut pro to animate them. The result is a visual presentation of my day which combines abstract backgrounds with detailed polaroid imagery that combined, should communicate what my day was like. Would love to hear people's thoughts on this experiment.
In which Rebecca discusses unimpressive accomplishments. Worry not. I didn't actually waste discontinued Polaroid film. The film that is currently in the camera is expired and doesn't properly develop. ------------------------------- Thank you to Exal: www.youtube.com Elizabeth: www.youtube.com Gary: www.youtube.com ------------------------------- Twitter: www.twitter.com Tumblr: www.rebexington.tumblr.com Dailybooth www.dailybooth.com
